Return Eligibility

- All original packaging and documentation are included
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request approval.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
